Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone could possibly help here. I am riding a KLE500 but i think the ignition circuits will be similar.

When i press the starter, i get a click-klack coming from the back left (where the regulator (?)) is and another click under the seat from where the battery is?

I've had the issue where the contacts in the starter switch are burnt / carboned up, so i dont think its that.

I've actually had this problem once before, but i cant remember how it / I sorted it out and i am wracking my brains trying to remember? has anyone had this on their 650's?

Also, i ride the bike every day, so its not a low charge in the battery ... :(

thank you very much in advance,
cheers
jon

Battery may be the cause. They don't last forever. Also check if the terminals are secured properly.
