Morning Clanners!

A few of us on the WC Whatsapp group were wondering how one would get the hazards function on a KLR. Any ideas on how to do this and how hard it would be?

Thanks in advance! :)

Hazards is 'n "nice to have" op 'n bike. In die kar gebruik ek dit as die karre voor my skielik stop, maar op die bike sorg ek dat ek tussen daardie karre inkom - dan ry niemand agter in my vas nie. ;)

Easier to buy a clever indicator relay to replace the existing one. Fitted one to my rocket years ago.

Thanks for the feedback guys. It will mainly be for when I'm lane splitting to draw attention. My 125 scooter has a function where if you push the indicator button to the one side and then to the other, both sides' indicators come on. I feel like it must be possible to disable the (thing?) that cancels the left when you activate the right (or the other way round obviously).

AH so you are one of those guys??

Hazards are only legally allowed to be on while vehicle is stationary. Nor allowed to be used while vehicle is moving, as it causes confusion when other drivers only see a part of your vehicle and they thing you are turning.

Fit spots if you want to be seen. Better still yellow or ornage headlight cover and spots.
