Centre stand R2,200. Paddock stand R550. Bobbins R50. Can it go with - check.

New rear coil spring R1,200 +. Coil spring spacer R36 for 4

A bad day on a bike is much better than a 100 good days in the office!

The paddock stand can be taken apart into three pieces. Easy to take along.
My rear spring is pap. Bike sagged 50mm under it's own weight. And another 40 with me on it. Two spacers and it drops 20mm under it's own weight and another 40 with my weight. Feels great.

I like the paddock stand!! :P :P

But be careful of the spacers in the spring - such has been know in the past to snap the spring...

Rather have it upgraded to the correct strength.

I weigh 130kg. Have done trips two up with my daughter. Another 70kg. My luggage usually weighs in at 10-15kg. If that didn't snap the spring, a little spacer won't tickle it. All the spacer does is take up the slack. Many a Ford 3.0L drove around with spacers to keep it's ass off the floor when towing.
Upgrading the spring costs ± R1,000. Really not worth the money.
